Το περιεχόμενο ενός πολύ σημαντικού ηλεκτρονικού μηνύματος (e-mail), που έφθασε την Παρασκευή 5 Οκτωβρίου στα μέλη του Κεντρικού Διοικητικού Συμβουλίου (ΚΔΣ) του Ελληνικού Ερυθρού Σταυρού (ΕΕΣ), το οποίο αποκαλύπτει κατ’ αποκλειστικότητα το healthview.gr, με αποστολέα ένα πολύ ισχυρό στέλεχος της Διεθνούς Ομοσπονδίας Ερυθρών Σταυρών/Ερυθράς Ημισελήνου, καταδεικνύει την αγωνιώδη προσπάθεια της Διεθνούς Ομοσπονδίας να συνεφέρει εγκαίρως τον πρόεδρο του ΕΕΣ Νικόλαο Οικονομόπουλο, προκειμένου να μην οδηγηθεί η οργάνωση στην οριστική της αποβολή από τους κόλπους της Διεθνούς Ομοσπονδίας.
Το αποκαλυπτικό αυτό e-mail αναφέρει τα εξής:
“Subject: Correspondence of CMC and HRC
Dear members of the Central Administrative Board (CAB) of the Hellenic Red Cross
Thank you for the frank and open discussions on 3 October 2018. Following your request and as promised during the meeting, please find below a list of all correspondence that CMC had with the HRC from the day of election of your board. It is not the usual protocol for us to share those letters with you, but having here the date of the correspondence you can request a copy from the office of the President of HRC.
8 June 2018 – A letter of congratulations of the CMC for the election of the CAB, also a reminder of the commitments of the previous administration regarding the plan of action.
25 June 2018 – A letter of the President of the HRC to the CMC with the commitment of the CAB towards the action plan and the timeframe agreed by the previous administration.
28 June 2018 – CMC letter to the President of the HRC, acknowledging the commitment of the CAB and requesting the detailed timeline for the implementation of the remaining three steps in the action plan (revision of the statutes, the membership campaign with the new statutes and the elections with the new statutes).
17 July 2018 – A letter of the CMC informing on some enquiries and concerns received from branches and individuals inside the HRC and repeating the request for the detailed timeline for the implementation of the remaining three steps in the action plan
25 July 2018 – Reply of the President of the HRC to the letter 17 July but no information on the request for the detailed timeline for the implementation of the remaining three steps in the action plan
27 July 2018 – Letter of the CMC to the President of the HRC clarifying the way CMC operate in cases of integrity and repeating the request for the detailed timeline for the implementation of the remaining three steps in the action plan
6 September 2018- CMC informing on the visit to Athens 2-4 October and repeating the request for the detailed timeline for the implementation of the remaining three steps in the action plan giving the deadline of 14 September to receive such information.
13 September 2018 – The reply of the President of the HRC informing that due to the wildfires it was not possible to provide the requested information before 14 September.
18 September 2018 – A letter of the CMC related to the visit in Athens
21 September 2018 – the reply of the HRC President to the letter of the CMC 18 September
25 September 2018 – the letter of the CMC to the Board members
26 September 2018 – A letter of the CMC to the President of the HRC reiterating the necessity to send the draft statutes of the HRC to the Joint Statutes Commission before the approval by the General Assembly
